It was alright Positive: Nothing special Negative: Nothing special

Good location, budget place for few days in London. Positive: The view from the window ant Teras is magnificent. Negative: The enter to the building and door not looks safety. During the rain floor in bathroom was wet.

Very mixed, could be so much better Positive: Overall the apartment was okay but it needs some serious TLC. A few fixes and it would be great for the location. Negative: Stairs up to the flat were filthy, carpet and sofa bed a bit grubby, no drainer in the shower so just an open hole with water visible. Toilet moved when you sat on it, felt like it would come away from the wall. Despite requesting the sofa bed made up it was not and there was only one single duvet on the double bed. I rang customer service and was told via a message (much later) to find another cover in the cupboard. I found a mattress topper which we made do with and had to make it all ourselves, using a spare duvet eventually found in the copious amount of laundry stored at the flat. Also only one glass in the whole flat.

Cheap for a reason Negative: TV only works on YouTube. Hot water doesn't run unless you run cold first but even then intermittent. Carpet and pillows stained.

Positive: The proximity was good , beds were comfortable and the housekeeper changed thr sheets when wevaerevthere Negative: Very dirty carpet, toilet wasn't fixed on tontbevfloor had to wait 20 minutes outside beforecth3 cide worked for tbe room because the housekeeper was late
