Fantastic studio apartment in the heart of London. Positive: The location was fantastic, the views were beautiful and it had everything you might need for a nights stay. Negative: Nothing!

Don’t book Negative: We were informed a couple of days before our one night stay I had to upload my Id and pay £300 to get the key code, I refused to do either especially downloading my id on an app and so they would not give me the key code and so we didn’t stay at the property. All the times I have booked with booking.com never had to do this. Refused to repay me, please be aware of the situation informed them I would give my id face to face but would not accept this. All seems a bit dodgy to me n uncalled for. Would not recommend this property due to this . Still trying to sort this, no refund so far
