very good for the price and convenient location! Positive: a lot more spacious then we were expecting which was nice, kitchen was quite cute and had everything we needed. very very close to the station and shops! overall definitely happy! Negative: There was 3 of us and one person stayed on the sofa bed which looked very uncomfortable, do wish there was something better.

Great location, good for 2pax max. Positive: The location is excellent close to the tube, shops and many restaurants etc. This place would be fine for a couple or 2 friends. The customer response via email was quick - we had a few issues. Negative: The description of the extra bed is deceiving - it's actually just an armchair with extensions, not even a proper sofa bed. We were 3 adults and we took turns sleeping on that because it was uncomfortable, apart from being narrow and small it was also not soft like you'd expect a sofa bed to be. The washing machine also wasn't working and hadn't been for some time. These were the main issues with the property so be aware of it if you intend to use the TWO beds. One is a double bed and one is an armchair with extensions

Worked well for me on this instance but it needs a deep clean. Positive: Easy to check in/access Negative: It was pretty filthy, stains on the chair, floor, bed base, headboard. No kitchen utensils, no oven mit or tea towel.

One of my best spot in London. The house is very cool with a small terrace. Love it

Good location. Facilities could be better. Positive: Great location near Upper Street and Highbury Fields. Negative: It stank of blocked drains on the second day. The bed sagged a bit in the middle. A big stain on the chair cover.
