Would not book here again Positive: The location Negative: This properly for one has a check in time of 4pm which is quite late, and no option for early check in even when I asked which we had to accept…Only then to be approaching the venue and then getting a call after 4pm saying it’s not ready! We were already now running late for an event and needed somewhere to quickly change clothes, so we planned to just leave our bags and change clothes once we arrived. We at least expected them to be finishing off the cleaning by the time we arrived. When we got there, there were used towels, unmade bedding and rubbish from the previous stay still there. We looked past it and thought let’s just iron and change clothes and leave for now, however there was no iron available (They told us it was locked in the cupboard where they keep clean sheets after we had already left). The next day unfortunately I left my charger plugged in. Considering how eventful and unprofessional our stay was, you would think they would want my last dealing with them to be a positive one. I asked if they could post it to me and I pay, they said no and I would have to come back on specific days between 12-3pm to collect…(I live two hours away). After going back and forth with them, I managed to arrange my friend to collect it for me, only for them to state it wasn’t possible on the specified date and then stating they cannot guarantee that it is still there? Not sure why they couldn’t have just taken it to their office or stored it in the cupboard they had the iron locked up in! In the end I have just taken the loss and bought a new one. Sounds like no biggie but the extra cost of a new Apple lightning charger plug and wire is costly. Will not be staying here again.

Positive: The house is neat and clean

Ok, beds uncomfortable, charge to park on public road, cleaner ill mannered Positive: Clean, and open Negative: Beds uncomfortable, second room tight TV on wall very close, walking in dark can be a hazazard, no iron available, parking charges, cleaner walked in before check out time, and was rather rude and abrupt,

Fabulous and ok Positive: Cleanliness and quiet environment

The property provided a bed for the night, which was all we needed really. Positive: One of the beds was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet Negative: The second bed was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. It was adequate, but not well equipped - no teapot, teaspoons, tea towels or dish cloths. Kitchen cupboard door falling off.
