Positive: Whole process quite uncomplicated and straight forward. Good maintenance Negative: Shared bathroom, but it's part of the concept.

Avoid at all costs Positive: Avoid, the room is not habitat for humans. The room and bed was covered in ants. When I demanded a refund it took over an hour to sort and then I was told it's because the previous person at outside the day prior. Given the gaps in the wall and number of ants, this is not a 1 day issue but something that they have known about a while and hope no one notices. Heureusement que Londres est une belle ville, l hôtel lui était médiocre. Positive: Le quartier était animé le soir Negative: Le fait de ne pas pouvoir communiquer en Français avec l hôtel.

Good Positive: Location was great. Breakfast was not included Negative: Pillows were terrible. Either too flat or too hard.

Nul Positive: Le seul point positif c'est que les chambres sont quand même propres. Negative: Il n'est pas clair dans l'annonce que la salle de bain et les sanitaires sont partagés. Chambre très mal insonorisé, on entant les va et vient de tout le monde, il y a de la lumière toute la nuit donc on ne peut pas bien dormir... Les finissions sont très approximatives : mur taché, tringle à rideau bancale, armoire qui grince.... J'ai personnellement été embêté car je n'ai pas reçu de mal avec le code d'entrée. Je suis restée 45min devant la porte à essayer de joindre quelqu'un. Vraiment pas terrible comme établissement.
