It was an excellent, amazing very clean and comfortable bed and also the customer serves was amazing when I call them

Terrible
Positive: Good location.
Negative: The property had not been cleaned. The bedsheets were dirty and the bins were full of rubbish . Housekeeping took two hours to arrive to tidy up and then left / misplaced our coffee pot which they refuse to post back to me.
