Kings Cross St Pancras Oásis

Peccato...serve maggiore cura Positive: La posizione tra 2 fermate metro (King's Cross e Angel). Letti e cuscini comodi, appartamento n. 5 al terzo piano adatto max per 3 persone. Bagno abbastanza pulito. Nei dintorni vari supermarket e posti per mangiare. Negative: L'appartamento NON E' PULITO, polvere, laniccia sul pavimento, ragnatele alle finestre, federe e lenzuola sporche e con alcuni buchi. I cuscini di decoro messi sui letti sono molto sporchi (meglio non metterli), polvere anche nell'armadio. Ho contattato il gestore ed ha risolto parzialmente il problema facendo passare aspirapolvere e sostituendo le lenzuola. L'appartamento purtroppo è in una zona rumorosa e trafficata e le finestre NON isolano dai rumori. In cucina sarebbe comodo uno strofinaccio ma c'era un rotolo di carta, per pochi giorni si può fare. Consiglio di fornire un asciugamano scendidoccia per evitare di bagnare tutto. NON è possibile lasciare i bagagli ne all'arrivo ne alla partenza, abbiamo utilizzato il deposito della stazione St. Pancras.

Passable Positive: Entry was a bit of a pain. Company dealing with it was vague. Negative: Sheets on the beds weren't clean. If it wasn't for that, it would have been a good stay, but that is a bad impression.

Poor customer service and no hot water Negative: There was no hot water at all. Although this was rectified within an hour (I was told) I didn't have time to wait around for an engineer. Only 15% compensation was given and correspondence and conversations with the customer service accused me of being uncooperative.

One night stay Positive: Nice apartment

Positive: Room was comfortable Negative: We requested to leave bags at the room a fee hours prior yo check in but didnt receive a response Would have been good to know it was up multiple levels of stairs
