Overall, cannot complain for what we paid. Positive: Location: almost next to the Tube station and a short 10 min walk to the Islington Assembly Halls which is where we went to watch a gig. Negative: Steep stairs going up from street level, tricky to get a suitcase up. The bathroom had dust and hair on the floor so I had to clean it before using it. We were in room 1A. You could gain access to a flat roof with no barriers on and a drop as we were on the first floor.

Great location, but it needs proper cleaning Positive: The location. Negative: There was urine left in the toilet vase, which actually needed a deep cleaning with muriatic acid (since it's contaminated in the bottom). The bathroom was full of mold and was disgusting to have a shower in there. There were many stains in the carpet and on the bed. The smell of the toilet has taken the whole place. Some facilities were covered in dirt. Sorry to say it, but my feeling is that I was in a dirty and unhealthy apartment. I need to be fair in my evaluation because I know that other hosts on booking.com do their best to keep keep their houses properly clean.

Never again- don't stay there. Needs a complete revamp if going to be offered to public. Apt tired. Positive: Location. Bed was well made and clean. Negative: Dirty, smelly - bathroom and plumbing need attending to. Dead plant in doorway on arrival. Dirty carpet. Stains on the chair. Not ready at time i got there. Internal stairs very steep. Hallways need redecorating. Not convinced kitchenette would work - things squished onto worktops. Apartment is tired

Great find, just make sure you complete ID check before arrival to get codes to access. Positive: I had missed the messages about submitting ID and security deposit BEFORE arrival, but the gentleman on the phone was helpful, answered straight away and minimal delay to accessing apartment. Negative: I had missed the messages about submitting ID and security deposit BEFORE arrival, and that would not allow you access until completed. It gave impression that I'd be able to do at point of check in - this isn't the case as all handled remotely, so had to sort on street outside apartment, which wasn't the easiest.
